Beth, Toome, and Aiyana provided Outstanding service, friendly, welcoming, nice fragrance when you first walk in. They quickly replaced the battery in both my car fobs. Another wonderful service they provided was replacing my windshield wipers. Effortlessly and Efficiently. We have a Class A with (8) 6v batteries that were end of life with 1 overheating during charging and giving off dangerous hydrogen silfide gas. 7 of the 8 were in stock, and the sales rep(Toome) delivered the 8th to our RV site 8mi away. Service was quick and we were up and running in less than 1/2 day. So Satisfied Customer!!!

Great location & amazing staff. Went in needed remote battery replaced, previously had done 6 months ago and purchased lifetime. They were able to quickly look it up , handle it and get me on my way. The entire time everybody was in a great mood. Definitely going there again.

I needed a new battery for my car and Batteries Plus was by far the fastest, cheapest and easiest option. I ordered online for pick up in store, was able to apply a seasonal promotion and when I went to pick up the battery there was a kind young man (I forgot his name 😭) working who quickly and efficiently swapped my battery for me :) I will definitely be coming back in the future! Overall easy to order and amazing service from the lovely employee!
