Wonderful experience. Fast and easy. I called first to see if they had what I needed, and they did and said there was no wait. The process took less than 20 minutes and they had me out the door. They had several batteries to choose from and were knowledgeable on each. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. I've already recommended to friends and coworkers.

Sergio at Battery Outfitters was incredibly helpful when I came in with a couple of watches that needed batteries. He was friendly, kind, and paid great attention to detail while making sure everything was taken care of the right way. The whole experience was quick, easy, and honestly just really pleasant. They tested my battery, which I knew was bad. They offered me options and recommendations for best applications for my RV. After I made my decision, they exchanged new for old. Their technician -Eddie, was very thorough. He cleaned cable attachments, and made sure hold down was properly installed. He had me start engine and rechecked for proper CCA. I highly recommend Battery Outfitters for all battery needs.

Eddie & Camden pulled my truck in and checked it out and it was indeed bad battery. They double checked their records and it was still under warranty. $0 to me no paperwork no hassles. I went in to get batteries on my watches changed and Sergio was so kind and helpful! He helped me right away and got me squared away, in no time! This is the second time he’s helped me and both times he has been great.
