They replaced the engine 2x, the first engine overheated and burned, the second engine had the safe mode go on all the time. They said the car was fine. It wasn’t fine and they stole my original hybrid battery and replaced it with another aftermarket hybrid battery. They probably wanted to make more money off of me because of the second engine. They also did not give me back my engine water pump as requested. The receptionist will always say, I’ll call you back but never. It’s been 4 years. They don’t do battery or engine replacements here, it goes to another shop. I found out that the real business is located somewhere else and upland is just a place to dump your car so they’re can pretend to look like the work is done here

Jaquelin stop defrauding customers..YOU ARE A SCAM!!! The Business she claims is out of a empty house lot and advertises in the internet deals, with bad hybrid batteries that you keep revolving them to customers… Had to explain to your tech, the HV battery he was installing was weak, drove my Prius and the battery graph turned green then dipped to red, Tech said just keep driving it, it’ll get better. My HV BATTERY that was swapped was better that the one installed. I can bet you will be using my old core to defraud other customers and use mine on them!!! Customers be aware, save the headaches Jaquelin will send you a tech with a Faulty Or weak HV battery. SCAM SCAM SCAM, this whole business like several other people have said is a scam. Jacqueline is so very unprofessional and all they want is make money out of people and not deliver appropriate services. I had my battery replaced by this business in April and it didn’t take even a month before they had to replace it again. It was hard getting them to replace it and when they finally did, it still died in less than a month. I called Jacqueline on so many occasions but wasn’t picking up (so unprofessional) and she wasn’t replying my messages. Stay away from this shop. This place is a big fraud. Got my hybrid battery replaced from them with a 1 year warranty. Battery died after 1 month and they would not replace nor refund me even though after so many calls and many promises from the gal who answered the phone, Jacqueline, would not replace nor refund my money. This business is a fraud. I am sueing them.
