Battleground Car Wash

I paid for a $12 car wash with my cc but the wash never started, so I paid for another one in the next bay. Texted details to the # on the wall, got a response 2 days later saying they were looking into it. The next day they texted and said they located the issue, ordered parts and would be on location to fix in 3 days and I could meet them to get my refund. Texted back and said I live an hour away, I needed my cc charged back. I have texted them 3 times in 5 days since and still no response. Finally had to file a dispute with my cc company, which seems ridiculous when they already admitted fault.

Just tried and it doesn’t take any form of currency. Usually it’s great No phone number to contact owners

The left bay of the Softouch automatic ate $7 of my money and wouldn’t take any more to pay for the wash I was trying to buy. Then the armor all sponge machine took $1 w/out giving the product as well. Both posted service phone numbers are out of service. That’s convenient…🙄

Car Wash has plenty of space to clean your car and two bays, one offering soft touch and the other is touch free. However, these bays are frequently broken. Today, I attempted to use the scrub n vac service and the scrubbing part of the machine was broken so I essentially paid $4.50 for vacuuming. There is no way to contact the owners as the number provided has been disconnected. Other than the constant maintenance issues, this place is fairly well maintained and fairly well used by the community.

This is a horrible car wash. Says it is under new management. Where are they? Twice in the past week I have tried to use the automatic car wash. The right one is always out of service. The first failure a couple of weeks ago I paid the $10.00, then the wash did absolutely nothing. Just sat there. Yesterday, I paid the $10.00 and it made a pass over my car with soap then told me to exit. I have no wasted $20.00 here and gotten no car wash whatsoever. There is no way to contact the owners and no way to get your money back. This car wash is a disaster!
