Bauer Built Tire & Service

I came in HOTT driving from Rochester to Sioux Falls with a tire that picked up a leak about 5 miles from town. Once I assessed that it was beyond just more air I found Bauer. I explained that I was on a time crunch about 45 minutes ahead of schedule but needed to get to Sioux Falls on time. The staff, who were probably on lunch, told me which bay to put my truck by and met with with the jack and impact. They had my tire off before I was inside again. They were able to patch it and get me on my way in about 20-25 minutes MAX. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for their understanding of my time!!!

We blew a tire on our boat trailer on the interstate. They came out to help us. Took it back to the shop & they had us on our way shortly with a new tire. Great team! Very courteous & helpful. We will be back.

Had a screw in the tire of our towing vehicle. These folks were helpful, friendly, and showed a genuine interest in helping us have a safe trip.

So far so good, only time will tell. Had them patch and plug two back tires on my 2000 Buick century, seems to be holding up.. if their still holding air when I'm ready shortly to buy new tires, I'm buying straight from them providing the car last that long. Might be upgrading to a newer vehicle, but even then I'll still buy tires from them for the newer one pending which comes first.
