Emergency tire replacement on the side of the road on Saturday at 3pm was too much of a hassle. Customer service not there

Called and asked for information on tires for our vehicle. They had all the questions answered and with prices. Lined up an appointment and service was easy to drop off and was able to have them deliver it back to my work location. That's service in a small town for ya.. I was traveling along Hwy 30 and was having a tire losing pressure. They quickly squeezed me in. Showed me how a previous tire batch by a different company was leaking. Solved my problem and got me back on the road within an hour. Great people.

I took my vehicle to them to have it aligned and the tires rotated, I called around to different places in the area and they were the most reasonably priced. I would be leery of using them if you are a woman I feel taken advance of after being told my vehicle was aligned my vehicle less than a week later was found to of had a bad wheel bearing, a bad upper ball joint, and according to my husband who is a mechanic there was no sign of any actual alignment being done. The company said that they did the work but didn’t do anything that was required to do the work. No component of the front suspension should be broken or in need of repair if an alignment is done because of broken components or worn components alignment would be impossible. They gladly charged me for work that they didn’t do an
