Very positive experience at Bauer Built. Only place in town that would mount and balance a 37-in tire for my truck. Very fast and friendly service. I really appreciate that and I'll be back!

You guys changed management, I’m not comfortable coming back anymore. The mechanics never test drove my car after they fixed it Friday. Mind you over $1g in cost, If they would have drove it around they would have noticed that when they fixed my breaks, they broke my caliper while doing so. On top of that When they gave me new breaks they never placed the break shims. They put new breaks on rusted break shims. I’ve been coming here for years because I trusted Olsen and enjoyed Chris and Brian. I’m really bummed. Update: they contacted me and apologized for the occurrence I dealt with, the manager directly called me off his personal and the next time I come in he personally assist me. I think that was very nice of them.

I tried to give business to a local business and they lied from the beginning to me stating free rotation and balance with purchase of tires which they never honored. Did not install my tires properly. They leaked since purchased because they didn’t do their job properly. Then wanted to charge me for their mistakes. Buyer beware they are scammers. They give bad customer service. They only want your wallet.

Had a tire blowout on 27 and after I got the spare on I was recommended to these guys for a tire mount on the blownout tire I had, I went in there and they treated me like I was a regular there and service was so quick and easy, everyone was very friendly and made the experience top notch, would highly recommend these guys to get you set up, appreciate it!

Great work! got my skidsteer tube replaced and tire mounted quickly and at a better price than anywhere around
