After moving to MN, I brought my F350 truck in for an alignment. 4 hours later they called advising me it was done. After leaving Bauer Built, I was driving on highway 52 and later highway 16 and notice the wheel was consistently 5 degrees offset to the left when going straight on a flat road. I brought the truck right back and dropped it off a second time. They called advising it was ready so I returned. The receptionist said the mechanic found nothing wrong but realigned the truck anyway. After I left for the second time the truck was driving fully straight and the wheel was centered as it should be. So I’m happy now. It should be noted the front of house staff (receptionist) is very friendly and great working with customers. I’ll be back but I can’t give 5 stars at the moment as this a
On the weekend before Christmas, a tire on my vehicle developed a slow leak. Needing to travel on Christmas Eve, I stopped in to ask if the tire could be looked at and possibly repaired. After no more than 45 minutes, I was on my way with the tire repaired and peace of mind for holiday travel. When next I need tire service of any kind, I will most certainly make a return trip.
Was quoted $300.00 for a new tire about a aweek ago and was charged $364 and change. Not a good way to operate a business!! If your company wants to discuss your manner of business with me then DM me and I may reconsider my review rating for your business!! **To follow-up with the business's response to my initial review: If there were to be additional costs such as tax, mounting, disposal, etc., then when quoted $300, this should have been explained to me!!!
In town for a fishing weekend when tire pressure light came on. Stopped in at Bauer Built to see if the could check and repair tire. They dropped everything they were doing and had the tire patched in fifteen minutes! Thanks Bauer Built for saving the day for us!
At 4:30pm on a Friday they stayed late to look at my car which I thought had a leaky tire. They were very kind! Thank you again!
