Bauer's Car Wash

I went there and asked for a full car wash, inside and out, wheels and everything polished. They missed part of the black trim being polished. They also didn't clean any of the floor mat. Didn't vacuum or wipe them off. The young man said 2.00 a mat to clean, after I paid 44.00 for a full car wash. I won't be coming back.

I've taken my car here many of times for years, despite reading the bad reviews. Every time I took it, the job was unsatisfactory, but not bad enough to write a review. Last year in August I took my "new" car in to get it detailed. It was fairly priced, but again, not the best outcome. Still, I just let it go. This August I took it in for a wash, but their tunnel wasn't working, so I asked that they clean the interior and wash the windows inside and out. Shortly after that I noticed a milky film on my windshield. Taking it to the car wash didn't remove it, tried different window cleaners and the suggested cloth, but it would not come off. So I came back to Bauer. While trying to explain my concern to the cashier, the manager kept yelling at him to get the line moving because they were busy

Very nice car wash, they were fast and my car looks great. This was the first time I had been here. They have lots of greeting cards and things to look at inside if you don't want to wait out in the heat for your car to get done.

If I could I would give minus 1. I paid for a wash with wheels included and vacuum. Yet I ended up with the car barely vaccumed. In the back they did not bother lifting the mat to vaccum. The front was not wiped in most places. Absolute disgrace for a business.

I had my car professionally detailed 2 weeks ago but then went camping so I came to Bauers. I got the $34.99 option. The exterior looks great, the windows are clean, and all bugs are gone. However, cars' interior is unsatisfactory. It's been barely vacuum or dusted. Attached are pictures. I'm pretty sure it's dirtier than before.
