UPDATE: So, after posting my review I received a text message a few hours later from that very personable guy at the counter named Joe. With threats for legal action. I'll add a picture of that text message. I now personally believe I made the right decision in not returning especially after seeing this threat. I took my Saab 9-7x to Joe at Bavaria automotive. He had me on my way, much sooner than expected. Comfortable waiting room. Knowledgeable mechanics, and staff. I was happy with the price to. Its a huge relief to find a honest and reliable car repair.

This review is over due. I have been taking my Mercedes and my mom’s Mercedes for over 3 years. Shawn, Ashley and mechanics are the best of the best. They are very honest and detailed with all repairs. I trust them with their diagnostics and recommendations for repairing my cars. What a team! I wish I could say the same about the Mercedes dealerships.

I used Braveria over a year ago when joe was alive ,joe is no longer there rip joe. I brought in my 2014 jaguar xjl with 25,000 one owner original miles With a suspension fault light , I was told the pump was week & agreed to an aftermarket pump a week went by I was told pump was ok it was the module that the computer was not updating to the computer now into going on three weeks I’m told pump is ok module is not updating now week four I ask for my car back to ally joes daughter I’m told old parts are reinstalled , I’m told by the owner its now an electrical issue.,I get home my car is sitting on the ground , I now seek out a reputable jaguar Machanic in one day the car is up & running ,but I soon find out while I’m there the pump that was removed was a 2006 Mercedes’ pump & my car is a 2
