Bavarian Auto House German car specialist

A little back history... Sometime back in the mid 1980's I brought my VW GTI Rabbit to Bavarian Auto House as I was a living away from home to attend college. My Rabbit wasn't the most reliable car so I had it serviced regularly at Bavarian. After my VW, I never owned a foreign car again until I brought my 2018 Audi SQ5. Unfortunately, a rather detailed problem involving the coolant migrating where it shouldn't as well as my oil filter housing became cracked causing oil to leak everywhere. Originally, I brought it to Audi North OC but the cost of repairs wasn't worth the value of the vehicle in my opinion. Steve (owner) as well as Marvin (mechanic) were extremely attentive to my Audi and communicated exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do about it. The repair entailed

My Mercedes had a coolant leak and I went to the shop, they looked at the car and ordered the part . I bought the car in the next morning and it was ready the next day. Very grateful for the mechanics and the boss for always taking care of my family car.

Steve (the owner of Bavarian Auto House) offered incredible service and great energy! Even though I'm not a local customer, he still took the time to help me out and walked me through fixing my spark plugs. He was patient, kind, and never made me feel bad about having an older car (which is rare in my city). I paid a small fee for his time, and it was 100% worth it since it solved my issue right away. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
