Brought my vehicle in recently to have an engine light inspected and an oil change. Was diagnosed promptly and given a thorough explanation on a starting point and what needs to be done/look out for. I dont know anything about cars but Jay was very knowledgeable and explained it all in simple terms for me. They are honest people, price appropriately and you can just tell they work from the heart. Thank you!!

Nothing but great things to say about Bavarian. My wife's 2018 was experiencing a coolant and oil leak. Jay and his team were extremely professional, helpful, and thorough in helping get her car fixed. I would recommend anyone needing work on a BMW to use Bavarian.

Feels great to own a BMW again and have this group of great people on your side. Jay, Jackie and the entire team are amazing. There’s always going to be something with BMW’s. This is my second review of Bavarian as it relates to a second vehicle. I am playing middle (wo)man for a preowned BMW X6 that a family member is purchasing. Despite cranking weirdly, the car seems to run well. I took it to Bavarian to give it a thorough once-over before I drive out of state to deliver the car. Again, Bavarian's honest ethics have risen to the top! As BMW specialists, I trust their assessment. If they don't feel confident that a generic repair, which may be costly, will "fix" the issue, they'll be upfront you. I simply appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. Thank you Bavarian for taking care of another BMW.
