I brought a car here for a PPI and I was blown away by the service and friendliness of everyone. Erin, you’re an absolute legend and have an amazing business. Thank you for being so attentive to my needs and resolving any questions I had. It was a pleasant drive back to LA knowing everything was in order when I left your shop. I guess I can only buy vehicles in the Bay Area from now on so I can take them your way!!

I took both my wife’s Golf and my Q5 here for maintenance and repairs, they did excellent job! The highlight was, they fixed a check engine light issue that another German car repair shop in the neighborhood was not able to repair. I also really liked that their technician spent enough time to explain to me all the technical details, which is extremely important to help me make the decision.

I took my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a diagnostic evaluation. They told me the evaluation would be $255 via text. When I brought my car in I let them know that it was having two separate problems - non-linear acceleration and an issue with the telescopic steering wheel controls. They tried to charge me $255 to diagnose EACH issue individually for a total of $510. I told them that I would not pay that and that they only needed to focus on the main issue if they were going to charge me two separate evaluation fees. After the diagnostics were completed they recommended a crankshaft sensor replacement and crankshaft pulse ring replacement for $2007. Along with a laundry list of other recommended repairs for a total of $10,922.35. I took the car to another top rated Mercedes specific mechanic

Erin and the team are phenomenal to work with. They’re excellent at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, and they even have loaners/will gladly uber you to your destination. Prices have always been fair and I’ve never been pushed to get work done that wasn’t needed.

Bavarium helped me diagnose an issue with my vehicle within 5 minutes of looking at it without charging me! Very experienced and friendly workers. I still went ahead and got their vehicle inspection done and I’m glad I did as I found out about more issues that I wasn’t aware of! Had an amazing experience and plan on coming back for all of my Mercedes needs.
