AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I dropped my truck off for a tire patch and oil change. I called after work to check on status. They said its almost done it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes. i asked "are you sure because i can pick it up tomorrow no problem... " they reassured me to come in for pickup... Well that was a complete lie! they must have not even started on it because i sat there and waited an hr and 15 minutes after getting there. If theyre that bad at using using a clock, how well do they use mechanic tools??? oil and filter was $120 for a tundra tire repair $20 labor $20 Will NEVER use or recommend again!!! update: after getting home i found they scuffed my bumper somehow and didn't bother mention it. Also found greasy finger prints on passenger door.... why?

Too bad I can't give this place zero stars or even a negative rating. They lie, cheat, steal, & take advantage of senior citizens. A technician sold a customer four new tires, when she actually only needed two. He put the two tires that came off of her car in the trunk & said use them for spares. Those tires were perfectly fine. The customer didn't think to ask questions because she trusted the technician. When the situation was brought to the manager's attention, they refused to issue credit or a refund for the customer because she had left the premises. Well, had the technician been honest upfront & sold her only two tires, this wouldn't have never happened. Mind you when the technician was asked about it, he did admit to his wrong doing. Great tire service, I had a blow out coming down 701 just passing through Georgetown. Had two new tires installed and moved another to replace the older spare. Service was done quickly and at a fair price. Very Happy & Highly Recommend A ++++ RATING !

If you want SCRATCHED rims this is the place to go to!!!!!!! I had a tire changed and they scratched the rim and they will not replace the rim but want to try and buff it out when it isn't any way to buff it out. This is actually the 2nd vehicle that I know of that they have scratched. The first vehicle was a friend of mine they had an amateur replace tires and scratched all 4 rims and would not replace the rims instead they tried to repaint the rims but you can still the gouges. You would think that by now they would learn to not scratch wheels. I will not be doing business with Baxley Tires again nor my business will be.
