I had an incredibly wonderful experience with the folks here throughout the process of purchasing a new Crosstrek. Big shoutout to Blaine who was very responsive, patient, and overall an awesome salesman. Blaine provided detailed help, accommodated late changes in my vehicle preferences and worked with other dealerships to ensure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very pleasant to talk to and super helpful in helping me and my sister understand the new vehicle. Also very helpful was the wonderful tall lady (I wish I remembered her name) at the reception who created a very welcoming experience from our very first visit. I had the best experience purchasing my new Crosstrek especially under the circumstances. I was frantically looking for a car this week as mine broke down for good. Yesterday I had what I would describe as the best car buying/leasing experiences I’ve ever had at Baxter Suburu La Vista, and at age 69 I’ve had many, many experiences. I spoke with the Sales Manager Ryan after entering an inquiry online. He was knowledgeable and set me up for a test drive with Chris Reyes. Chris proved to be as straight forward and honest as I’ve ever encountered in a car dealership. The pricing was straight forward and no hidden fees popped up. It was very refreshing and I walked out with a new Forrester Limited at the end of the process. Thank you Ryan, Tyler and Chris for a great experience. Chris was a very patient and informative sales person. He is the first car salesman that sat down with the buyer to explain every feature. That was very helpful. The only critique I have is when the various sales packages are presented you feel pressured to make up your mind at the time of the sale. I need a few days to decide a certain sales package is in my best interest. This seems to be typical for all car sales people no matter where you go. I did appreciate that Chris did give me a few days to decide on one of the service packages that are offered.
