Baxter Subaru Omaha Service Department

My first experience with the service department. Had a bit of a rough start, the service writer was new and we had some communication issues. Original issue was some worn USB ports. While waiting for the parts after ordering I was unfortunate enough to need a windshield due to a rock, so I had the windshield replaced too. Everything was taken care of, and even cleaned the car up. Very friendly, and informative. Met my expectations and then some

Early Saturday morning I went to dealership where I leased my Jeep to get its first oil change. The service dept would not do it because I did not have an appointment. Next, I took my Jeep over to Baxter Subaru where I lease my Outback from and Brendon got me in right away with no fuss! I enjoyed a wonderful cup of cappuccino and within the hour I was back on the road with another cappuccino to go! Needless to say I will not attempt to take my vehicles anywhere else from now on! Thank you Brendon and thank you Baxter Subaru!! 😊

This was the best service I've had here. Got me in early, professional, great explanation of services offered, no pressure, and was in overall great experience. Great job!

After getting my oil changed the drain plug was put in so tight I rounded it when changing it myself. I will not return to this service department.

Took our 2022 outback in with battery issues ,they took care of us 100% ,with out charging us ,5 star treatment.
