My Wife's Land Rover LR4 had a low coolant warning and I was told by a good friend that I should take it to Bay Auto, and so I did. I am very glad I did too. R. Pena was my Service Advisor and he took great care of me. They even fixed the LR4 a day sooner than expected. I will definitely be using these guys again. AAA+++

I had a wonderful experience with my Audi SQ5. Jason, our service manager, was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided upfront pricing on all services requested. They communicate by phone or text. They specifically provide updates, job estimates, etc. over text, which is very nice. The job on my car turned out to be extremely complicated, taking several days to diagnose an unusual knocking sound coming from my front suspension. To my pleasant surprise, they honored the original estimate. I think most auto repair shops, especially dealer repair shops, would have taken the opportunity to greatly inflate the cost.
