Deidre kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining everything that was required to repair my car and making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. A 5 Stars Review is not enough. I recently a service at this body collision center and was the BEST experience. The entire team was professional, friendly and so kind!! The quality of the work was excellent. A special thank you to Deebra (Im not sure if I spelled it right) for being so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Wonderful experience with Bay Custom Auto. Highly recommend and reasonably priced. Had door replaced on my 2004 Sienna and they did excellent job with matching color. Staff very helpful and friendly. Estimator Deidre was great!! They got me in for an estimate for the day after I called. Communication was excellent . The work was delivered on time. Even though several other body shops are closer to my home I will return here.

They were great! They assisted me with my Enterprise ride, delivered my car on the date promised and kept me apprised with updates along the way. The staff was so kind! My car looks great and they even cleaned her for me! Highly recommend!
