Bay Ridge Honda Certified Pre-Owned

Last year I came here and told Jeff about what kind of car I want and he wrote down attributes of my desired car. I was a bit surprised that I hadn't been forgotten! About a month ago I got a call from Jeff about new arrival of the VW Golf Mk7 GTI S with manual transmission. It is pretty rare combination - I was monitoring the market for about a year and didn't find anything this fitting my preferences. Although I was not good at driving a manual, I was given a chance to do a test drive anyways! Price was really good, so I have decided to buy it and I do not regret it. It runs great! I had to fix a couple of things, since the dealership service center wanted to charge me for it. Was there Wednesday night (November 12) to buy a mint green HRV. We were served by an older and extremely rude Bulgarian not-so-gentleman. After the test drive we made an offer to negotiate the price (because we really liked the car and fully intended to buy it), but upon hearing the offer he said if he’d known we were going to make this offer he wouldn’t have let us test drive the car. Mind you, it was an all cash offer. He was rude from the very beginning till the very end actually, and didn’t even look at me or respond when at the end I thanked him and left the dealership. He is clearly extremely racist and our “brownness” rubbed him the wrong way. If you like being discriminated against based on race, Bay Ridge Honda is apparently the place to go.

Recently purchased a car from Bay Ridge Honda and the experience was great. If you want to purchase a vehicle from them new or used just ask for Nourdine. He is an amazing guy and will make the entire process really easy and transparent.

We had a great time getting a car here. Chad was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process and was with us every step of the way. He made sure to answer any questions that we had, and when there were any issues that popped up he stayed with us to help us resolve them. He was very friendly and responsible and was passionate in helping us. We were very lucky to have him as our sales representative.
