I'm here today.. let me know oil change and some other things done to my car. I had a few questions politely and efficiently answered and very respectful. It's like family here.

My first and only place I go to get my oil change. Every month I’m always greeted with respect and help with what I need to get done and what can wait ..I have 3 years coming here without an issue we can’t fix ..the upgrade the waiting room so it’s more people friendly with unlimited keurig coffe ,tv and outlets and phone adapters everywhere is why I stay and wait …I recommend coming here so don’t knock it till you try it

Ordered some parts online for pickup at Bay Ridge Honda parts. Order went through but no indication if parts are in stock so I called in. Was told they don’t know if the order is in the system. The person that handles online orders doesn’t come until 10am and she is on vacation for 2 weeks so good luck. So I email online parts to cancel. Then an hour later I get a very quick and professional voicemail parts ordered will be ready tomorrow at noon. Awesome. I come in to the parts department say hello, six salesguys behind the counter noone looks up. Two minutes later one of the sales people who told me his name was Alex says “I’ll be with you in a minute” then another few minutes noone seems to care to help me. Very bad unprofessional service: changed oil and filled it above the permitted level; I left my car for diagnostic, they returned it with work already done and charged me for that without my permission for this kind of work; they cut a piece of my wheel arch protection without my consent.

I used this location for oil change/maintenance for a number of years only because the location is convenient for me. Horrible service. Why make an appointment for a certain time only to sit there for 4-5 hrs and wait for a simple oil change? Last time, I needed tire balance and alignment. They did a horrible job ( I suspect they just rotated the tyres and never performed the requested services). That was the last time I used them. Next time, I'll go somewhere else
