Bay Transmission

The owner is an honest man, not to mention this is the only shop in Pensacola that would touch my completely customized 1941 fords transmission. I thought I had a seal leaking, so I was quoted price we agreed on. The owner called back explaining it was just the pan gasket, and it would be a lot less than quoted. You can't get better service than that. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Actually I’m leaving a review to document the date for warranty reasons I had a transmission rebuild back in January and I’m having a few issues I stopped by 12/15/25 and they are closed until 1/5/26 for the holidays, and I just wanted to make sure that my warranty would still be valid.The warranty is set to expire on 1/3/26. And they are closed until 1/5/26 But all and all so far it was a great experience Cody was a big help.

Excellent job by the Bay Transmission Team on a clutch repair for my VW GTI. Great communications throughout and performs like new after. I appreciate such attention to detail.

Gave me the run around for days. Finally put my car in and they did none of the work requested then later Cody expressed not fixing the problem because he made no money off of it. He did pretended he intended to fix it for three weeks before admitting the truth. I was traveling out of town which he knew. I would not take any vehicle here for any reason.

Cody and his team were excellent getting our truck back on the road. Transparent and competitively priced! If we are in need again, we will be going with Bay Transmission in Pensacola, FL!!
