Mike Kinder was my sales person and I can say a very patient man. I had been going out to Bayird RV off and on for months trying to buy a used camper. Finally, I was able to meet their requirements and bought a 2022 Forest River camper. Mike worked very hard to get me into the camper I wanted. After taking it "home", I found a few issues that were overlooked before I took it off the lot. I called Mike and informed him of the issue(s) and he immediately resolved the problem(s). Soon after, I found 2 more issues and, again, called Mike. I sent him pictures of the issues and the very next day he drove to my location after he got off work to see exactly what the problem was. If you want your title to you in a timely manner or the check that is supposedly sent to you Over nighted for your sales tax that you didn’t want financed in the deal to begin with then stay away from them. Pasted the thirty day mark keep getting the run around and now it’s a corporate deal. I find it odd every time I call and ask for a specific person he’s busy but then they say oh well he’s in the back. Pretty shade deal all together.

Salesman Alex Harger was doing a great job with me and I was about to buy a used 2023 travel trailer until the general manager introduced himself on the first presentation of of price and monthly payments. The General Manager blew me out of the deal. He was talking a lot of shit about interest rates but wouldn't let me see any of the numbers he was just pulling them from thin air or it was all just lies.. lost my business and my credit is 730's if anyone wants to sell a travel trailer honestly and not lie.

Wonderful service, wonderful people! Alex was amazing, great person to work with and jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything on our new camper worked just right. Five stars everyone! Update- it took nearly 3 months to get a title for a camper we paid cash for and caused us to miss out on the whole summer. Told us it would be 2 weeks and done nothing to cover penalty- make sure they have a title before you buy
