I have been coming here for years now. This is a family owned business and they give great service. They are knowledgeable about cars and they are always trying to tell you what is wrong with your car and they are honest and trustworthy. Their mission in my opinion is to try and fix whatever is wrong with the car. They try to give good prices and deals and work with you. They are really nice, smart, professional, and trustworthy people. I leave my car with them and I have no worries at all. All kinds of people come here for service for their cars. You also see many people from the Jewish community that come here as well. I wonder why that is? They must come here for a reason. I took my car to have the brakes repaired, and I loved the way this family works. I went to Bayport Auto on 1/16/26. The customer service was superb. The receptionist was very polite and courteous. I told Mr. Mohammed that I felt a slight jump in the car while I was driving. He checked my car, he said he didn’t find any issues, and he didn’t charge me for checking my car. He was very honest and I give God thanks for that. I will be going back for my oil change next month.
