I’ve been taking my car here for a little more than a year for basic oil changes, tires and tire rotations. They’re always super friendly and are in constant contact with you. I appreciate the inspections they do each time. Had new brakes put in last year and the price was right and the work was top notch. Dropped off my car this weekend because it overheated. They took their time to figure out what was happening and Melissa was a gem. She gave me continual updates all day. Always professional and eager to help. Bayshore Tire & Service Center has provided excellent service to our vehicles. They go above and beyond making sure their work is done right. The last time, they realized the unusual noise we heard coming from the engine was related to work they had performed a few months ago. They did the repair under warranty without any cost to us. Other places would have charged us for new work and not thought twice. On another occasion, a defective part that came from a dealership was replaced for no cost after a lengthy battle that Bayshore Tire & Service won. We were kept in the loop and treated with respect and dignity the entire time. We are very pleased with them and will remain loyal customers.

My vehicle was towed late in the evening in due to it throw in a piston while driving down I-95. The next morning I communicated with John and he assured me that they would review the situation and get back to me. The next thing I know I’m getting a text video of the damages and being advised that someone will reach out to me shortly. 15 minutes later, John called. He provided me with options. I gotta say I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of your staff and manager. Due to the damages, I chose to salvage the vehicle and did not spend any money with your company.
