Best experience I have had in a long time. Friendly and honest. The office manager Kolyn Stone was not only professional but explained any issues and recommendations. Not a pressure experience. So glad I found this shop. They earned my trust.

Would highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys. Just a genuinely good and honest group all around. I had an issue with my brakes/rotors, was ready with materials to replace them and accepted that I'd have to pay for that service. However, when they checked, they diagnosed a different issue that was causing the problem (improperly installed piece by a different group). Much simpler fix. They could have easily replaced the entire thing and I would have been none the wiser. But they gave me their honest assessment, didn't over charge me for the labor, and car functions much better now! May be my new go to place for auto issues and service.

Called to get fog bulbs installed went smoothly and cost effective, brought my pup too, she played with the owners pup, was great very clean friendly and awesome environment . I forget the name of the new guy at the front desk but he was OUTSTANDING!!! DEFINITELY going back if my jgc acts up. I beyond highly recommend this shop!!!! 😁😁

While I waited, I noticed how professional, kind, and genuinely engaging he was with every single customer. I mentioned some concerns with my brakes, and instead of trying to upsell me or push a service I didn’t need, he gave me a few honest and practical solutions—some of which I could even take care of through my own mechanic back home. I was charged a fair price and received great service. I would absolutely recommend Bayside Auto. 10/10!!

I recently took my son's truck to Bayside Auto Repair for a noise issue that the dealer diagnosed incorrectly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and efficient. The owner, Zack, took the time to explain in detail that the starter was not worn and he made suggestions to take back to the dealer to address the issue under warranty. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees when I picked up the truck. The shop was clean and inviting, great lobby/waiting area. The owner and mechanics were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bayside Auto Repair to anyone needing quality service with a personal touch! Five stars!
