Bayside RVs

I purchased a 5th wheel RV from Bay side back in 2020. The rig was in great shape and has allowed Me and my family to travel and see the country. Bayside provided inhouse financing that wasfair and afordable and allowed me to payoff my RV in just 3 years. I am now the proud owner of my wonderful Keystone Alpine and was very sastisfied with their Sales and Service. I would highly recomend Bayside RVs if you are in the market for a Previsouly Owned RV. I was really hoping that I could give this place a good review. Everything was going so well. Charlie was really nice and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, but he waited until we left the lot to go the bank to get the deposit for the RV we wanted (that wasn’t ready yet) to tell us that he talked to his business partner and they agreed that they can’t do business with us because we were planning to move down south with the RV and they’ve had things go wrong with people that did that. There’s really nothing worse than being punished for someone else’s mistakes. Everything checked out well and maybe we should have kept that little piece of information to ourselves but we didn’t see the point of not being open with someone we were going to do business for 3 years with. Worked for them a few months, thoroughly cleaning units, did some small repairs, and painting, when they figured out I have a brain. I should've walked away the very FIRST time the "boss screamed at me, and in front of people. classless, and COMPLETELY undeserved! Smoking pot, TOTALLY ALLOWED on premises. Thoroughly inspect any unit you're thinking of purchasing or have repairs done to because work cheaper for the bottom line, not for quality is definitely the M.O.

Had a 5th wheeler annual service/inspections done, or rather, was supposed to be done. I can't find evidence, other than their checklist, that anything was completed. I had a non functional furnace and was told it had a "vapor lock" and was fixed. Got it back, still didn't work. AC was not cooling at all prior, inspection checklist showed it was ok. Got it back, still didn't work, called another company and they immediately found unit obviously defective and setup for warranty replacement. After delays, I did get my RV back, but not until they tried getting more money for a slide motor that suddenly failed, that I never had a single issue with. Certainly possible. They refused to honor their warranty on "work" done to fix my furnace again, without trying to charge me more. Hence, the other

I have been looking for an RV for a few months now and luckily found this place! Everyone was AMAZING!!!! The owner Mark was professional and helped me with everything I needed to get just the right RV for me and my daughter. Another person who works there, Dan delivered it for me and showed me the ins and outs of how to use everything as I am a new RV owner. This was the best customer service I've ever dealt with and they acted more like family than an RV sales place. There was no pushy sales pitches and they were honest and helpful in the entire process. I highly recommended them if you are looking for quality, professionalism, as well as amazing prices!
