This is honestly the best tire shop I’ve dealt with in the past ten years! I’ve been there twice already — they’re super fast and saved me a lot of money. The manager is amazing and very cooperative, and the staff are respectful, skilled, and quick. We run transportation companies, so it’s usually hard for us to make appointments or wait too long, but this place always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Their work is clean and professional, and the prices are great. Whenever we call, they answer right away and are always helpful. I highly recommend this shop! Best service in the Bay Area change my tire in 80$

Honestly and taking care of customers goes a long way. Long story short, I tried to keep my JDM classic as original as possible. So I purchased a reconditioned rim from WHEELS-AMERICA, I had Bay Tires to swap the tires out. Turns, the reconditioned rim from WHEELS-AMERICA was also wobbly, they said it could be bent too, or it was heavily repainted in in the back. Either way Bay Tires, was very knowledgeable and informative and told me about the risk. 5 stars to Bay Tires, -10 stars for Wheels-America.

The store manager was really nice and knowledgeable. I had 3 tires worn, and 2 of them had nails in them. I called several tire repair stores, and BayTires gave me not only the best rates (the rate for my 215/60R16 tires is even better than what Costco tire center can offer), but also explained why I should choose these tires. He also explained when a tire is repairable, and when it should be replaced. I can feel that the store manager was trying his best to help rather than pushing me to make a decision. Very pleasant to do business with.
