This was my first time going to this shop, and my experience was amazing—I couldn’t have asked for better. The staff was incredibly kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and were more than willing to go the extra mile to help. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

ExcellentService at Bayview Auto Stopped in at Bayview Auto in Dearborn on Ford Road because my air pressure light came on. Moe kindly helped me while he was working, taking the time to show me how to put air in my tires since I wasn’t sure how to do it. He was patient and helpful, and if it wasn’t for him, my tire pressure could’ve dropped even lower. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help. Great customer service!

Sam was very professional and polite. I went there to check a leak on my tire for being low . He was honest and told me there were no leaks and filled the tire with air . I highly recommend this place great people

I did 4 brand new tires , front rotors and pads all around and struts all around with oil change and free wheel Alightment amazing job good work very friendly staff I recommend
