I took my white Honda pilot here for a wash and I was impressed. Car was super dirty due to the recent snow storms. I made an appointment online, showed up 45 mins early and they took me in and immediately started working on cleaning my car. They was fast, professional, and paid attention to every detail. My car hasn’t looked this clean since the day I drove it off the lot. The exterior was spotless, the tires were perfectly shined, and the interior was left fresh and immaculate. My first time here but won’t be my last. They did an excellent job. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I paid $150 for a full detail at Bay Wash and was extremely disappointed with the results. There was still visible dirt and marks that could have been easily removed with proper attention. During the exterior wash, they did not apply tire shine or even dust off the inside of the rims, despite me specifically pointing it out. I have been to many car washes, and reputable places are always attentive to what the customer shows them, especially when it is supposed to be included in the service, and paying so much money. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had the same issue at Bay Wash where the cleaning was incomplete despite it being fixable.
