Bayway Collision Center and Body Shop

BEWARE!!! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED HERE! I had my car towed here last night because my insurance wanted it to get fixed here. This morning I called to get it towed to my preferred mechanic shop, and they're trying to charge me $375 to release the vehicle. Not to tow it to my new mechanic shop, that's the 375 for getting it towed to their shop in the beginning. The tow was literally down the street, 2 miles away, for $375!!! This is just not right, please save yourself the headache.

I had a fantastic experience with Bayway Body Shop. Their team was proactive and accommodating, reaching out multiple times to schedule the repair around my availability. The repair process was quick and seamless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality auto body repair.

They have a really good customer service, the work done it’s beyond from what I specked, and they done days before the estimated time, my vehicle seems new, and runs like newer, thank you Bayway Chevrolet.

I mistakenly purchased an 8-year warranty from Honda, not realizing my car was already under warranty. Two days later, I requested a cancellation and signed the necessary form. Over 40 days have passed, and it still hasn’t been canceled or refunded. My calls are either ignored or disconnected. Unfortunately, I had to file a complaint. Very disappointing experience.

Let me start off by saying that the crew at Bayway Lincoln collision center did an awesome job on my Jeep Gladiator. David Johnson, and Cesar Bernal took care of me from start to finish. From the receptionist to the Body men that were working that I talked to,everyone was friendly. I brought my Jeep Gladiator in for the corrosion problems that all the JL and JT models have. David got my Jeep right in and did all necessary repairs that were needed with no hassle with a beautiful paint job. I didn’t have to make any calls back-and-forth with the dealership or with Jeep itself. David took care of everything. I am a mechanic myself with past bodywork experience so I am very picky about my vehicles and let me tell you the job that the Bayway crew did is flawless. David runs a first class opera
