Was nervous because new ownership but they did an impeccable job!!! Fast, courteous, explained after care and best part is when they had lunch John PRAYED then and there over his food with the workers. No shame in Jesus name!!! About a month and half ago my dealership subbed out B & B Auto Glass and mirror to replace my front wind shield. I took a ride a few days ago to grab some lunch. It was one of the first hot days of summer 90 deg. I noticed a crack coming up from under my windshield wipers basically at bottom of windshield (nothing can hit it that low protected from hood). Reported this and showed this to my dealership. They contacting B & B and was shockingly told there is nothing they can do, no warranty, or sadly stand behind there work. I have not hit anything and again its like there is a stress point failure at bottom center of glass (below my front hood line/ windshield wipers). Highly recommend to not use this company. POOR SERVICE
