I was conditionally approved for a vehicle they told me to be in monday to do paperwork, monday comes and they already sold it Saturday, and not a thing else is even close to the down payment I had even though purchase price was same, I felt like sales person gave no care to try to get me any deal similar or even close. I felt brushed off....wont go back.

Purchased a vehicle and then found out it had a major issue. Jeff and Barry went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They didn't have to do anything for us. We purchased it as is. They are great people and I would definitely go back.

We found a 2018 Expedition Limited MAX at B&B cars and stopped in on a road trip. It was raining that day and Barry stood in the rain while we looked the vehicle over and was so patient with us. The SUV was well maintained and fully loaded. We decided to continue looking only because we really thought we wanted an eight passenger with the second row bench seat. Due to Barry being so genuine and kind, we made the 4 hour trip back the next weekend to buy the same vehicle we had previously seen. By the time we arrived, Barry had all the paperwork complete and the loan approved. I signed my name and we were headed home. We could not thank Barry enough. We look forward to many more family road trips.
