This was the easiest car buying experience ive ever had. First off, they do "buy here pay here." Which is great for someone like myself. Brian was very helpful and helped set up my appointment with Ryan. I got there, test drove the car, then went inside to do paperwork for about 20 minutes and I was out. Both of the gentlemen were very helpful and everything was what they said it would be. From everything about the car, to payment and paperwork. I got a decent car with awesome very affordable payments. Ill definitely get my next car from them.

I met Mr. Bowman a few years ago at a hotel in Raleigh. He was in Raleigh for a concert and after seeing my limousines parked at hotel in which he was staying he took the # and called me. I bought an 03 ford f350 6.0 I was told by B&B auto sales that it was a consignment by a 91 yr old woman and the truck had been cared for meticulously. They said they checked it over and drove it for 2 weeks and nothing was wrong with it. That it had a fresh oil change and everything. I bought the truck I think October of last year to pull my horse trailer with it had roughly 198000 and some change on it. I had to have shocks replaced and some other stuff done not a big deal but then the motor locked up in the truck and I drove it less than 800 miles from the time I bought it til 2 months ago. I contacted the car lot and he made me feel like it was all my fault swore there was nothing wrong. Very different from when I bought it. Said he wasn’t gonna throw shade and wasn’t going to argue. These guys were recommended to me, but I guess everybody’s experience is different. I was told that while I was paying for it, they would help with any major issues the car had. The transmission went out in mid-December. I was one (bi-weekly) payment behind, which I had arranged to catch up before the transmission went out. Ryan told me that I was two payments behind, therefore he was not willing to help fix the transmission. Lame excuses from a lame, dirty dealing car dealer. I already paid over $3k on a 22 year old car. Speaking to me over the phone, Ryan was extremely hateful. He exaggerated how many payments I was behind. I have receipts. He charges late fees on late fees. I had health issues and made several payments late (by a few days-not weeks or months), but always called ahead. I

I have bought 2 vehicles from B&B motors LLC along with them helping me sell 2 of my vehicles in order to upgrade to my current Jeep Wrangler. Both the owners are super helpful and we’re more than willing to work with me on any and all aspects. They also have a mechanic on site that was willing to inspect and answer any possible concerns I had about the vehicles I purchased from them. I do recommend them as I feel they are honest considering there is always possible issues that may occur when purchasing a used car and they never tried to hide any of that from me.
