My experience with B&B Towing was nothing other than a great experience. The driver was very polite and professional, not to mention this was at 2:30 AM and they were happy to assist me reguardless of the time. This company offers quick service, and honestly cares about the customer. Give B&B a call when your in a pinch and you will be completely satisfied!

Showed up to our vehicle in a timely manner. He was very funny and tried to bring a smile on your face. He even had my kids help with the pneumatics and winch on his truck. Made sure not to scrape vehicle when pulling it up and when dropping it off. Made it a overall easy stress free process.

Wouldn't give them my business even if my life depended on it. I was just verbally assaulted by one of their operators, he jumped out of the truck in a business parking lot and was being rude and aggressive. Verbally assaulted me when I didn't do anything beside asking him to calm down. I had parked my car at this point and he continued to yell at me and encouraged me to contact his boss; clearly if he can feel that confident to carry on like this then it is how they conduct their business. I would beware, especially if they are towing your car and you are alone with them in their truck. They do not seem safe or trustworthy.

It is 11:27 and I just came from my mechanics shop. The owner was dropping my vehicle off. He was a very pleasant and friendly person. Not to mention that the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with my over all experience. I will definitely give them more business, and I would recommend them.
