B&B Towing

Made a bad day considerably better. Showed up quickly and was extremely courteous and professional while getting my vehicle to where it needed to go.

I was on my way home recently and got behind a red International B&B Towing truck. The driver was literally all over the road. Driving on Route 43 seems to be beyond their skill set. I passed the truck legally in a passing zone, which apparently set the driver off. They started road raging terribly. Following too closely, crossing the center line, swerving. The driver could obviously drive fast in a straight line, but bends and turns were throwing them for a loop. I got stuck in traffic on Bishops Creek Rd, and that's where the driver caught up to me and started road raging again. It's a shame people are so sensitive these days that a simple instance of getting passed will cause them to rage. It is quite apparent that B&B Towing is not a company I'll use in the future. Got my 8,500 lb truck buried up to the floorboards trying to rescue another vehicle on a former logging road. The driver & crew showed up very quickly & got to work immediately! Logging roads have ruts more than 3 feet deep. When the road is closed out, they flatten the ruts. It only takes a little bit to open them back up & that's exactly what happened. They had a 4x4 tractor probably 50 hp or more, not small or underpowered for the job. & the road just ate it. So we put our heads together & managed to pull both vehicles out with a long length of 1/4" cable & an old tail block that I brought. (I'm logger) Most people would not feel comfortable letting strangers help do dangerous work, but these gentlemen recognize those who have the drive and the will to get the job done by working to

Called B&B Towing due to my vehicle breaking down on side the highway. They were very prompt in coming to my rescue. Driver was very professional and compassionate. Offered to stop my daughter and I for food being we had been broken down for a while waiting on a different company to show who never did. When B& B was called they made it to us in no time. Not only did they tow my vehicle, they also recommended an auto mechanic that could fix my vehicle. Which they did and we are riding again. Thank you B&B for such great service!

We had a problem with the battery on our truck and called a few places before we connected with B&B. Doc came out to look at the battery. Turns out we needed a new one. He went back to the shop and brought the battery. Thank goodness because otherwise we would have been stuck. We plan on using B&B for future automotive needs.
