My sister usually comes here to get her car serviced. I came with her once Jan 2024 so we could both get our SMOG checks done for our cars before car renewal registration. Service and communication was great! They let us know when they were done and ready. Mine went smooth. My sister had a car issue and they took time to explain in to her and work it out. She was able to go back again and fix things so her car finally passed the SMOG check the next time. They're very helpful and the price is affordable.

I showed up on a Saturday morning with an urgent need. They immediately took my BMW in and fixed it for a reasonable price. Anthony was a delight to interact with - warm and professional.

I will never stop talking about this auto repair shop. They are a true gem and I have a million great things to say about them. My car broke on a beautiful Saturday morning and I was in full panic mode when I called a couple shops and finally got BC auto repair. Alek was the one who picked up the phone. He was super empathic , patient and understanding while I was frantic on the phone. They had a short day but still agreed to take my car in and look at it. Unfortunately, my engine was toast but they were incredibly honest even though they could’ve milked the money and charged me to fix something they knew wouldn’t work. They were also incredibly honest and called me about my Chanel sunnies that I had left in the car when they could have pretended the glasses were never there to begin with

I do most of the maintenance on my cars (oil change, transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, steering wheel fluid, filter changes, etc.) and I’m really picky (usually a nightmare customer). I did a lot of work on my car before a big road trip. Alternator decided to go out. Found these guys based on the reviews. Not only was the service super fast, but the price was very fair, and Charlie’s customer service was spot on. I usually don’t write a lot of reviews, but I had to this time. Makes me want to give them 1 star only because they aren’t located near my home, but I figured that wouldn’t be fair.

Really nice car repair shop in Santa Ana. I  repaired here my Honda Civic (changing low control arms) the price was $450 for two (labor + parts). I was waiting until my car was repair in nice waiting room with WiFi, coffee, water and TV. The staff is really friendly, mechanics are not talkative but still friendly. Staff here speak English, Spanish and Vietnamese. When I came the place was not busy (it was at 3pm). Here you can also make a smog check for $52. I want to thank them for the work and I definitely recommend this car repair shop in Santa Ana to my friends and other people who need to repair their cars.
