Showed the technician a video of the issue, he ordered the part. I went home to tow my truck, when the truck got back it was simply a matter of waiting on the part to arrive, once it did the job was done in a matter of around 20 minutes. Fast and efficient service, will return on other issues.

If you are in need of a honest and very knowledgeable mechanic, this is your go to guy. Husband and wife owned/operated, down to earth people! They took me in as a walk in on a Saturday with a smile and had me back on the rode in less than an hour. Even went the extra mile and set my air pressure to ensure I made my 1000 mile trip home safe!! Also their rates are unmatched to most others in their field!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend a thousand times over!

This place is the worst. They are unorganized,not professional, they take their time. They will have you car for weeks before working on it. I will never bring my car their. You will spend more on transportation, then the car you want fixed. Disappointed They need to redo the way they operate or hire more mechanics. Waiting a month for a car is REDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN. And I know people who waited 10 weeks for their car to get fixed. THAT IS WRONG. PEOPLE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED. BC auto is the worst and need to be some major changes.
