I really wanted to love this place. Everyone was so nice, but I've had constant problems since. Bought a car November 2025. The next day the check engine light came on. They had their in house mechanic look at it a week later, said it was a loose gas cap, sent me home. Light came back on next day. They scheduled me with Palm Beach Motors on their dime - great!, they said they swapped out a broken tube, yet the next day the light came back on! I was told twice by Axel "oh, yes, we are working on it - I will let you know when we have a new appointment for you"...finally I call after hearing nothing back and he doesn't even work there anymore! I get a call from Palm Beach Motors telling me BC Motors is no longer going to pay for my repair but they want me to come in anyway - um, no way! This

The team at BC motors was great. I traded in my old car and walked away with a brand new one. I couldn’t have asked for better experience. Ryan was a great help to everything. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a used car.
