B&C Towing

This place and the hoa of this area are horrible people. I parked for 20 minutes to help someone out taking care of the dogs. I parked in a manner that was easier for me to get in and out of the vehicle since im disabled. They towed my car. When I called to try and figure out what is needed the guy was very rude so I got rude with him. Then he hung up. I was stranded as Uber wasnt available for this area and my only car was towed.

They towed my son's car on Saturday night and since they aren't open on the weekends you are automatically subjected to a storage fee I understand stand the towing my son screwed up what I think is wrong is the fact that it was stored against our will because we would have picked it up immediately as a matter of fact I met the driver at the tow yard before he even pulled it in and he wouldn't release the vehicle so again it was stored and we were charged because they are not open on the weekends I called Monday morning and the manager Pat was a little condescending and told me that if I had followed the rules which is funny because in the very beginning of the conversation I told him it was my son's car If it's automatically a 20 storage fee then why don't they just say it's $220 instead o

These people went onto my property and illegally tow. My vehicle, then had the nerve to tell me that I owe them money. Supposedly, they told my vehicle because it was abandoned. There was nothing abandoned about my vehicle. Kinda hard to abandon your own vehicle on your own property I Want my truck back!

The towing company, contracted by Progressive, displayed an unacceptable level of negligence and unprofessionalism. It took them over three hours to arrive for the scheduled vehicle pickup. Upon arrival, my husband attempted to hand the driver the key in order to properly place the vehicle in neutral. The driver disregarded this and instead forcefully manipulated the gear shift, resulting in significant damage to the transmission interlock system. Following this incident, we contacted the towing company, and the manager initially acknowledged responsibility, assuring us that they would cover the cost of repairs. However, since that conversation, the company has consistently ignored multiple follow-up calls from both us and the dealership, clearly attempting to evade accountability. This

Omg Shaun saved my day I had ran into an issue with my alternator and he came in clutch with the ride, just in time to save me from the hottest part of the Day while I had zero power... Y'all have a real hero on deck and hopefully your driver's learn from his superb Humbleness he presented to us. He even told me where I can get one cheaper if I needed (a you-pull-it yard) ,which is awesome service. Thank you again
