The many positive reviews say it all. 👍🏻🤩 However, I was not impressed with my most recent experience. 🥺 I made an appointment well in advance. I dropped it off promptly at 8am. They did not start until after 3pm!😲 Among the tasks, I asked for the bearings to be "cleaned and repacked". They were not. 🫣Just simply had grease added through the fitting. I could have done that myself. And it was expensive 🤑 I probably won't return. 🤨 There's no place to park. This Warehouse area is very tight. 😬 And they are overwhelmed. They will try to accommodate you but they are very very busy, every day .... 😬👨🏻‍🔧

Everyone is very nice and helpful. I needed my tire patched and they took my car in right away and got it fixed within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them!!

Truly do not even look any further or go to any other shops! These guys are 💯 honest and their work speaks volumes! They’ve now seen and worked on 2 of my vehicles. I put my cars through the wringer as I use them for work. These guys have fixed my ac perfectly and a major oil leak on my Buick encore! They recently saw my Toyota solara where another shop (I know stupid of me to go anywhere else but I wasn’t thinking right lol) and they said I needed all these things done and that my car was technically unsafe to drive. BCQ took a look and they were honest and told me the one major thing was perfectly fine, and the other 2 things are not needed anytime soon! They told me what to watch for and listen for and you best believe I’ll be back at their shop getting them repaired. I’m so grateful to

As I searched for tire services near my home I hoped not to find the usual big chain tire retail locations that make you wait all day to get a quick tire fix. I found exactly what I was looking for when I saw BCQ Tire & Service on Google, upon arriving Ramon set up everything and Roberto fixed my tire. I was out of there and on the way to the airport in half an hour. Thank you guys
