10/10 recommend. I broke the top of the liftgate off in my garage and brought my truck in to see how quickly it could be fixed. Mark was an excellent service advisor, kept me updated daily, and even fixed a trim piece that was out of alignment for free. I told him I hope I never have to come back, but in the unlikely event I need more help, there isn't a better place in Johns Creek / Alpharetta. Thanks again Mark!

My experience with B & D Auto Repair was excellent! Mark was very pleasant, helpful, and transparent. He explained the cost upfront and was able to get me in quickly. While other repair shops told me it would take three weeks, Mark had my car ready in just four days—exactly as promised. The service was also very affordable compared to other repair shops, truly a bang for your buck! The whole process was smooth, from drop-off to pick-up, with no issues at all. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend this shop. It’s a small business that truly deserves support!

I am glad that I visited B&D Automotive as I Couldn’t have had my BMW fixed with such a detail and with a reasonable cost.
