B&D Towing

I want to compliment Karen for her outstanding help. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation—having my car towed—into a much more manageable experience. She was flexible, understanding, and even went above and beyond by knocking $75 off my bill. Her kindness and willingness to work with me made a big difference, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and empathy.

Parked in a fire lane on private property to run a feed my son’s cats. Not even five minutes later the towing company took my car and charged me 500 to release it. Felt really scammy to me considering they would only take cash or debit and I was never given any fine from the city because it was private property. Mind you, no one called the towing company they just sat there and waited for someone to park there so they steal their car and hold it for ransom. Hella scammy. I’m sure they’ll get the day they deserve.

The driver Raul showed up on time and was able to pick up my car and put it EXACTLY where I wanted it effortlessly. The experience was great and price was more than fair. Highly recommend these guys. They are professionals!!!

Excellent service!! B&D helped move a car that doesn't run from one garage to another during my move. The car was on a flatbed truck and needed to be in *just* the right spot in the new, but smaller, garage (with a sloped driveway, too!). Jose made it look easy and did it all with a smile! 10/10 recommend!!

Prompt reponse, flexible as chp helped me get off freeway, charged me less cause it was a more minor issue than expected. 100% recommend
