Beach Collision

I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to share my experience I had a great experience with Beach Collision. The team was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated during the repair process. When I got my car back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the work was excellent and the paint matched perfectly. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. It’s hard to find shops you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend Beach Collision if you want quality work and great customer service. Thank you:)

Great and friendly service! Been in two unfortunate accidents this year (both not my fault) but Beach Collision helped me out both times. Ordered OEM parts which took a while (car was in the shop for a month in both occasions) but my car came out looking new each time.

Beach Collision fixed my car so well, and dealing with the staff was a great experience. Amanda was such a great help, and they really did everything they could to make sure the process was smooth and easy. My car drives better than before, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go through this collision center for repairs. Even when I was probably being very annoying and impatient, they acted professionally and kept my anxiety at ease lol... I will definitely use their shop again in the future (god forbid I don't have to, though) Thank you!

Go anywhere else but here unless you don't care about the quality you receive. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I'm assuming they get most of their clients from insurance claims since insurance companies usually choose the lowest bidder. This shop was unfortunately unable to perform a simple paint job correctly, not once, but after having my truck 3 times to try to solve the issue. I attached images of the paint defects over the course of leaving my hood with them on 3 separate occasions. After years of off-roading and long road trips, my hood had a decent amount of chips in the paint from road debris, gravel, etc. But it looked worse after this shop painted it than it did from 12 years of abuse and parking in the sun. Definitely recommend. Needed minor repair. Excellent customer service. Straightforward. Let me know exactly what they needed to do, how much it would cost and turnaround time. They delivered as expected. Even though I had minor repairs they were efficient, informative, on time and cleaned my car completely before I picked it up. Again, highly recommend.
