I recently lost my husband of 52 years and had to learn how to navigate this new world without him. My vehicle was overdue for an oil change and tire rotation. The phone call setting up the appointment went easy. I arrived here with a nervous, sick feeling doing this all on my own. The monent I walked through their door, I was greeted with a warmth and friendliness that settled my shaking limbs. These people treated me as if I was a family member they had been waiting to see. I sat in their very comfy waiting area, enjoyed a wonderful cup of coffee, and looked through their magazines. Many times a friendly associate asked me if I needed anything. And yes I did. This is my new trusted shop in the area, the staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful, and quick - helped me source a specific tire locally and put it on the same day! The lobby is wait-friendly with coffee, treats, reading material, and warm conversations. 11/10 recommend

Super nice place. I was stuck out of town with a bad starter and they found a way to get it fixed quickly. Lobby has comfy chairs, good music and free soda and coffee - if I had to wait somewhere instead of sitting on the beach, I was happy it was here.

I had an issue with my alternator, The issue was fixed but a month later I started having issues with the new alternator they stood behind their work and swapped out the part again making sure I was back on the road with a dependable vehicle. There was no hidden fees, no ridiculous upcharges, no BS just great people treating customers the way they'd like to be treated. Beachview Auto earned my business and loyalty!

I came in for an NC State inspection. I was very pleased with this experience from the initial call to schedule appointment, to the clean,welcoming environment with staff and quick service. I've recently relocated permanently to the area... and have found my go-to location for auto service needs!
