Stopped in because my tire pressure light came on most likely due to the cold weather. When I mentioned I didn’t really know how to fill my tires I was put at ease that they would be able to help. I appreciated the time that was taken to give me a tutorial on the how to and also filled my tires for me! Excellent customer service! I know where I will be returning for tires when needed! I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for years—my husband and I have both brought our vehicles here, and I’ve referred my sister, cousin, and several friends. We even drove farther than necessary just to come to this shop because we trusted them. Until recently, I had nothing but positive experiences. Unfortunately, this last visit left me feeling blindsided and disappointed. I called to schedule a tire rotation and alignment, and explained that I had recent front-end work done and just had new shocks installed. I also had a new tire put on the same wheel they later said had a bad wheel bearing. That diagnosis left me confused—especially since two different mechanics had recently worked on that area.
