Beacon Automotive

The folks are Beacon have been such an ease to work with and have been helping me keep my old Honda accord running for as long as possible! She's on 200k and hoping to keep her going for another 100k! They are responsive and super nice! Also great at explaining everything! I never feel pressured to do any services or anything and Jess and Brian are super easy to work with! My car had a big oil leakage from the gasket and Brian was able to get video and show me exactly what everything looked like! I have total confidence in them! Brian even helped me get my Aux port replaced after I ordered one with the intention of doing it myself! (I couldn't get the old one out lol)

My boyfriend and I traveled to Llano for a mini birthday trip and he started having issues with his undercarriage while we explored the hills. Luckily, Beacon Automotive was just down the road from us, so he explained the situation to Jess at the counter. She told Bryan what was happening and within minutes he pulled it in, lifted it up and fixed the issue free of charge. They were incredibly kind and professional, if you're ever having car troubles in the area definitely visit Beacon Automotive!!

I am amazed at the professionalism, kindness, and honesty Beacon Automotive (Bryan and Jess) offer their customers. They are incredible compared to what most other companies offer. I have not experienced this level of service in years and years. They do everything they say they will do. How rare is that? That is why they have ALL 5 Star Ratings. Thank you both so much. My Range Rover is happy and so am I!!! My son recommended you when he called you regarding my vehicle. Your response over the phone convinced him I should take it to you. You not only have my business, but his too, and anyone that he will be talking to. Oh, and they delivered my vehicle to me as well, at 8:30 at night. Imagine that!!!!!!

Bryan and Jess are a fabulous team that will take excellent care of your auto. I had my check engine light start flashing on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. When the first shop to which I had my car towed could not figure out the problem (they tried to tell me I might need to replace the whole engine), I took it to Bryan. When the engine computer codes did not identify the problem, Bryan did a detailed analysis and diagnosis. He figured out it was a damaged throttle body connector. That was not a part that could be easily ordered, so Bryan figured out how to repair the damaged connector. It was a much cheaper repair than I would have expected, and the engine has run great ever since.
