I wish I could leave a 5-star review after every time John&co. have fixed my car because every experience I've had with Beacon Hill is perfection. I deeply regret the handful of years prior to my first referral to Beacon Hill, I've been to a dozen auto repair shops all over (my cars have always been... finnicky) and every new shop I tried was the same old headache-- I'd be immobilized for multiple days and charged exorbitantly for sub-par work. My bar for mechanics was set super low based on a string of hideous past experiences, so every time my car is serviced now at Beacon Hill Auto the process is so expedient and reasonable, that I can't help but wonder if there is literal magic afoot! The people who work here are so helpful. They took my car last minute and fixed my rim and did an oil change for me. They also fixed my boyfriends car for a fraction of what he was quoted other places. Highly recommend this company next time you need something done on your car.

When I first moved into the neighborhood over 20 years ago, I received two recommendations for a mechanic. I went to the first one. He immediately informed me that I needed $1,100 worth of body work on my car, pushing the back down and showing me how it didn’t pop up fast enough or something like that. I left there and went to the second location which was yours. John looked at the car and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it except for the oil change that that I came in for in the first place. I never did need any body work on the car.
