Bear Complete Car Care

This review is long overdue! Bear alignment and brake service is by far the best auto repair shop in California . I’ve been bringing my truck there for close to 10 years and refuse to bring it anywhere else at this point. Paul and Jeff go above and beyond to diagnose and repair whatever issue I have while also providing the best customer service at more than reasonable prices. Most mechanics try to overcharge while taking so much time to do a repair where bear alignment figures out the issue at an expedited rate. Again, avoid any other mechanics and go to bear alignment as I promise, you won’t regret it!

first time customer and I'm doing this review because I really wanted to. This place was great, they took me in at 8am (with appointment) they checked me in on time, they were very kind. I left it there while I went to work and they sent me an estimate very quickly. He told me everything I needed done on the car, which I appreciated so I actually knew just incase. Though I wasn't able to get it all done today, they did not pressure me at all for what I only could afford today. This makes me want to come back even more because they were honest about what I could stretch on my car a little longer. Checkout what professional, easy and brought my car to me. If you wonder why they have good reviews, it's because it's true :)

Went on Friday without an appointment for a simple wheel alignment - but no openings were available. Jeff recommended coming back on Monday for an early 9am appointment - so I booked it hoping for quick service. It took over an hour just to get my car looked at - mind you, my appointment was made for just an alignment and I was there promptly at 9am. Of course, they always manage to find other stuff under the hood like old cracking parts. After an initial estimate of $100, they recommended a complete overhaul of the “lower control arms” and “upper strut/spindle bolts” for $1,306 - we went from $100 to $1,306. Noticing my displeasure, Jeff said he could remove some of the less urgent issues and was able to bring it down to $436 - lucky me. I should feel great that I’m not going to pay $1,30

Paul and Jeff and the rest of the staff were very nice and informative. Took care of me and my truck and went over and beyond. Even gave me coupons for a free meal next-door while I waited to get my oil changed. Two thumbs up!
