Wow! Thought they were going to pull a quick one over on me. They did get me for some money but I will NEVER do business here again and word of mouth travels fast in a small town 😊 My car was running hot on my way to work and I noticed a new squeaky noise. The repair shop I normally go to is 30 minutes away from my job. I called this shop closer to my place of employment @ 8am as soon as they opened (on recommendations from a friend). They were able to look at my car immediately! I was excited about this and pleased with their promptness. A few hours later I got a call with a quote for my 'water pump and driver's belt' of almost $800!! I am not a mechanic but I know with the knowledge I do have, thats insane for my car. We had a major issue with an electronic component in our truck and no one was able to figure out what was wrong with it until we took it to Bear and Son. I wish we had just started with them in the first place but who knew? Anyway they tested and worked and did everything possible until they figured out what was wrong with the truck and repaired it perfectly. For the amount of work that they did and the effort it took to figure out what was going on it was a very reasonable cost to us. We cannot recommend them highly enough and we will absolutely let them continue to do service on our vehicles from this point on.

Got my car back from Bear & Son Automotive Repair, LLC. I went in thinking it might have been the alternator, but ended up being the O2 sensor. The owner, Bear, super nice guy. The mechanic, didn't catch his name, super nice guy. They did great work to get my car back on the road again. If you are having any sort of vehicle issue, I highly recommend these guys. And to let you in on a little secret, if you pay with cash, you will get a 3% discount (saved me $30). Tell them I sent you.

Kind and professional people at Bear & Son Automotive Repair. Got me in for my oil change and did an inspection that helped us see some clear issues going on! Kandace has always been an absolute angel!! She has taken care of both me and my fiancés vehicles- at a lower price than most other places in town and compared to Springfield. I'm always in the loop with how my vehicle is doing. She prioritizes what needs to be fixed. She gives accurate price estimates, when things in my car need to be fixed, and easily explains everything to me in a way I can understand. I would highly recommend this place. I've never ever had issues here and have been treated amazingly everytime! I feel welcomed and at home here. I will travel to get my vehicles here.
