Unmatched Customer Service!! Robert, the GM and his team, Ryan, Ronald and Tommy went above and beyond to solve an issue created by a former employee. They took the time to investigate and they corrected the error. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heavy truck parts.

Our semi truck developed a problem on a Thursday afternoon when approaching Beaumont. We had picked up a critical classified load that absolutely needed to be delivered into Kennedy Space Center the following morning. My husband contacted Justin in the Service Department who was very reassuring about getting us in to have the problem looked at. Rico, behind the counter, was friendly and efficient. The technician, Jayce, very quickly diagnosed the problem as a coolant censor malfunction, and quickly changed out the part and got us back up and running.
